(A) Free Delivery Service

Enjoy FREE delivery for orders of HK$600 or above (after any discounts).

Delivery Coverage:Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and New Territories (including Tung Chung).

Please Note:Free delivery is NOT available to the following areas:

Outlying islands (e.g., Lantau Island, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, Kat O, Tap Mun, Tai O, etc.)
Restricted areas (e.g., Sha Tau Kok Restricted Area, Lok Ma Chau, Lo Wu, Man Kam To, etc.)

(B) SF Express Pick-Up Point Service

Pick-up Locations: Please refer to the official SF Express website for the full list of pick-up points.

Important Notes:

If you choose SF Pick-Up Point service, please select and provide the desired pick-up location during checkout.
A flat fee of HK$50 will be charged for all SF Pick-Up Point deliveries.

(C) In-Store Self Pick-Up Service

General Shipping Terms

Online shopping delivery is currently available only within Hong Kong.
Each order can only be delivered to one address on one delivery date; split shipments are not supported.
If we are unable to accept your order, we will notify you within 1–2 working days after receipt.
We are not responsible for failed delivery, refunds, or exchanges if the recipient information provided is incomplete, the recipient cannot be contacted in a timely manner, or the recipient fails to inform us in advance of any special circumstances.
