Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage and explore sales accounts to achieve sales target and company goals by implementing effective sales strategies
  • Establish and maintain good business relationship with current and new clients to improve product awareness and achieve market expansion
  • Proactively provide market intelligence, market trend and consumer insight for sales planning and promotion
  • Plan and organize sales promotional initiatives to maximize sales
  • Prepare business proposal, quotations, follow up orders, arrange delivery and provide after-sales service
  • Liaise with external and internal parties for sales order follow-up
  • Manage a team of promoters
  • Prepare regular reports on sales and profit performance and analysis
  • Support any ad hoc projects as assigned
Job Requirement:
  • University degree in Business Management or related disciplines
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales field, preferably in food related business or FMCG industry
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills and people management skill
  • Strong network and relationship with general trade and retail chains and other sales channels is an advantage
  • Result-oriented, self-motivated, energetic and a good team player
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office application (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Sales Manager
