Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and explore sales accounts to achieve sales target and company goals by implementing effective sales strategies
- Establish and maintain good business relationship with current and new clients to improve product awareness and achieve market expansion
- Proactively provide market intelligence, market trend and consumer insight for sales planning and promotion
- Plan and organize sales promotional initiatives to maximize sales
- Prepare business proposal, quotations, follow up orders, arrange delivery and provide after-sales service
- Liaise with external and internal parties for sales order follow-up
- Manage a team of promoters
- Prepare regular reports on sales and profit performance and analysis
- Support any ad hoc projects as assigned
Job Requirement:
- University degree in Business Management or related disciplines
- At least 5 years of experience in sales field, preferably in food related business or FMCG industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills and people management skill
- Strong network and relationship with general trade and retail chains and other sales channels is an advantage
- Result-oriented, self-motivated, energetic and a good team player
- Proficient in Microsoft Office application (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Sales Manager
